Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is made cancellations requests are considered case by case.

Once you purchase you agree to have your service provided in within 24 hours from the moment you first will get in touch with us (through live chat), in case of any delay you will be informed via live chat. You agree that you will be served at any moment from 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) therefore if you will not be available at the indicated time a delay will apply to your service. We do not accept any cancellation for any personal reason, all cancellation will be considered case by case by our team and a cancellation request will hold 25% of any paid amount (as a service charge), if any cancellation will be accepted.
